The Sterling Salary Scheme provides for 6 first-
class Overseers and 13 second-class in the Public Works Department.
There are 1 Clerk of Works and 23 Overseers provided
for on 1903 Estimates and 1 Clerk of Works and 1 Overseer have been
sanctioned in addition in C. 0. D. 70 of 1903, = 2 Clerks of Works and
24 Overseers.
In the Estimates for 1904, there will be 2 Clerks
of Works, 12 first-class Overseers and 12 second-class Overseers, made
